Mostly implemented.
Still missing is a select/input to add a salutation in the invoice editor.

This can share the component with the customer/contact editor #6

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
