The idea is, to help small businesses with creating new business. They usually don't have a marketing department. Also small businesses are often deeply invested in their product and less so with the business aspect.

Look and feel

Invisible? only notifications
An avatar? like Siri or clippy?

Provider

Explicitly don’t offer US services, provider needs to be GDPR compliant (Mistral?)
Connect to account with API key (free or paid)
Is there a (realistic) local option?
Settings of what the AI should do and how often, formulate goals

Use cases

Auto-prioritisation of activities (by revenue, probability, customer score)
Suggest leads
- Similar to customer with highest revenue
- By proximity and not already in cold calling or contacts
- Name lead targets or let the AI find contact data and maybe useful information (search the internet, linked for contacts, ...)
Suggestions on who to contact again and how
- Criteria: Revenue with the customer
- Time of last contact
Import photo of business card into contact
Fill missing customer and contect data
Suggest social media or blog posts
