In general activities should help and not make things complicated.
They need to be visible and suggest an organization so they do not overwhelm the user.
Maybe there can be an opinionated best practice workflow for the targeted users (i. e. small! businesses)

  • Repeating (z. B. acquisition day, Trade fairs)
  • CalDAV task sync would be awesome

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
