Would be nice to store templates as a starting point when editing a new doc.
Maybe simply a flag isTemplate in the database, so it’s normally hidden.

It then needs different functions. No issueing, no reminding etc.
Data validation needs to respect templates, too. Templates don't need complete data.

Regular offers and invoices should gain a duplicate function which would be the same as from templates.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
